1. Automatic credit refunds
If a generation fails on the provider side or is moderated (rejected), every credit charged for that job is returned to your balance automatically.
2. Purchases
Plan and top-up purchases are otherwise final once credits are granted, except where required by law or decided case-by-case for disputes.
